

Holiday Clinics
Holiday Clinics provide a structured, age-specific training environment designed to support meaningful athletic development across all stages. Younger athletes (8–10) are introduced to fundamental movement skills in a fun and engaging setting, focusing on coordination, balance, and basic speed mechanics while building confidence. Those in the Development stage (11–13) refine movement quality, control, and efficiency, with increased exposure to structured speed, agility, and foundational strength work. Performance athletes (14–18) train in a more advanced environment, emphasising speed development, change of direction, and sport-specific physical preparation, alongside professionalism and training intent. Across all groups, athletes are coached to a high standard within a supportive environment, developing the habits, confidence, and physical foundations required for long-term performance in sport.

Locations & Schedule - July Holidays
Our Holiday Clinics are delivered during each school holiday period across a range of locations, with specific dates and venues varying each intake. Each clinic runs on set days and times at its respective location, with all sessions delivered as scheduled within the holiday window. Further locations and dates are released progressively, allowing families to select the most suitable option for their schedule.
