Our Holiday Programs provide a structured, age-appropriate training environment designed to develop athletic performance at every stage of an athlete's journey.
Athletes are grouped by age and developmental stage to ensure coaching, progressions, and training demands are appropriate for their current level. Younger athletes focus on building strong movement foundations through engaging sessions that develop coordination, balance, speed, and confidence. As athletes progress, greater emphasis is placed on movement efficiency, sprint mechanics, agility, strength, power, and athletic performance, with coaching becoming increasingly performance-focused.
Across all programs, athletes benefit from evidence-based coaching delivered in a positive, supportive environment where movement quality, technical development, and long-term athletic growth remain the priority. Whether attending a Speed & Agility Clinic, Full Day Development Clinic, or High Performance Intensive, every athlete leaves with improved physical skills, greater confidence, and practical knowledge they can continue to apply beyond the holidays.

Our Holiday Clinics are delivered during each school holiday period across a range of locations, with specific dates and venues varying each intake. Each clinic runs on set days and times at its respective location, with all sessions delivered as scheduled within the holiday window. Further locations and dates are released progressively, allowing families to select the most suitable option for their schedule.
