UNCAPD exists to develop the next generation of confident, capable young athletes. We provide structured, youth-focused athletic development that builds strong movement foundations, physical capacity, mindset, and long-term training habits.
Based in Auckland, UNCAPD delivers a professional training environment built on clarity, consistency, and genuine belief in every athlete’s potential. We take development seriously — and we teach athletes to value their development with the same level of intent and purpose.

OUR MISSION
To support youth athletes across New Zealand through purposeful training, expert coaching, and holistic development. Our programs prepare athletes physically, mentally, and socially so they are equipped for whatever comes next — in sport, in school, and in life.
