Session Times:

  • Ages 8–12: 9:00am – 11:00am
  • Ages 13+: 11:00am – 1:00pm

 

Pricing:

  • $60 per day

 

Booking:
At checkout, you will be required to select your preferred location and the number of days attending. Athletes can register for either one day or both days, depending on availability and preference.

 

Clinic Locations:
Multiple locations will be available, with dates and venues released progressively. Please refer to the available options when booking.

Our Speed & Agility Holiday Clinics are designed to help young athletes build strong movement foundations while developing confidence, coordination, and overall athletic ability in a structured and engaging environment.

 

Across focused training sessions, athletes will develop the key physical qualities that underpin performance in field and court sports: acceleration, sprint mechanics, agility, change of direction, and reactive movement. Each session emphasizes high-quality technique, ensuring athletes not only move faster but move more efficiently and safely.

 

A strong focus is placed on movement quality and skill acquisition. Athletes will be coached through age-appropriate drills that develop body control, footwork, balance, and the ability to start, stop, and change direction effectively. These are essential skills that transfer directly to sports such as rugby, football, netball, hockey, and basketball.

 

The intended outcome of these clinics is for athletes to leave with a clear understanding of key movement techniques, along with practical drills and skills they can continue to apply outside of the sessions. This supports ongoing development and encourages consistency in training habits.

Coaching is delivered in a structured environment with clear progressions appropriate to each age group. All sessions are led by experienced youth performance coaches, ensuring athletes are appropriately challenged while maintaining a strong emphasis on correct technique and safe movement execution.

 

These clinics provide an excellent opportunity for young athletes to develop fundamental speed and agility skills, build confidence in their movement, and gain practical tools they can continue to use beyond the training environment.

  • Each clinic consists of two structured training sessions designed to progressively develop speed and agility skills. Sessions include a dynamic warm-up, sprint mechanics instruction, agility and change-of-direction drills, competitive movement games, and 20m sprint testing using laser timing technology. Training is delivered in age-appropriate groups to ensure the intensity, technical focus, and coaching cues are suitable for the stage of athletic development.
