Speed & Agility Program - Term 4

UNCAPD Speed & Agility Program – Term 4 (Ages 8–18)

Structured Athletic Development Pathway

Foundations → Development → Performance

Overview:

The UNCAPD Speed & Agility Program is a structured 8-week training pathway designed to develop athletes aged 8–18 through progressive, age-appropriate coaching.

Each stage of the program aligns with long-term athletic development principles, ensuring athletes build the technical foundations, physical qualities, and movement efficiency required for sustained sporting performance.

  • Foundations (Ages 8–10): Movement competency and coordination
  • Development (Ages 11–13): Skill refinement and applied speed
  • Performance (Ages 14–18): Performance optimisation and advanced athletic qualities

Across all levels, sessions are delivered by experienced performance coaches in a structured, high-quality training environment.

Sessions are designed to improve speed, acceleration, agility, coordination, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance while creating a positive and engaging training environment.
