UNCAPD DECEMBER SPEED & AGILITY CLINICS
2-Hour Athlete Development Clinics | Ages 9–12 & 13+ | $55 per athlete
Develop your speed. Refine your movement. Transfer it to your sport.
Our UNCAPD Speed & Agility Clinics help young athletes develop the speed, acceleration, agility and movement skills that transfer across a wide range of sports.
Through structured, evidence-based coaching, athletes will improve their movement technique, develop greater confidence and learn what to practise outside their regular sports training to continue improving over the school holidays.
WHAT THE CLINIC COVERS
Sprint Mechanics & Technique
Improve running technique, posture, coordination and movement efficiency.
Acceleration & Speed Development
Develop faster first steps, effective acceleration mechanics and the ability to generate speed.
Agility & Change of Direction
Improve the ability to decelerate, change direction and reaccelerate with control and efficiency.
Deceleration & Movement Control
Learn how to slow down, absorb force and maintain effective body positioning.
Transfer to Sport
Apply movement skills through reactive drills, competitive challenges and sport-relevant scenarios.
20m Sprint Testing
Every athlete will complete a 20m sprint test using electronic timing gates, providing an objective measure of their sprint performance.
MORE THAN JUST A TWO-HOUR CLINIC
Athletes will leave with a better understanding of their movement, areas for improvement and practical exercises they can continue independently.
Throughout the clinic, our coaches provide technical feedback and introduce concepts covered in our optional 6-Week Speed & Agility Holiday Training Program.
